Jodi will take care of every detail from the moment you decide to sell your home to the closing signing, including pre-sales work like, for me, helping with downsizing. Her advice and contractor references were right on. Even when the market hit a sales slump, she came up with ways to rally new interest and found a buyer at a tough time. I am thankful I put my faith and trust in her abilities. She'll do you right!

Jodi is professional, extremely responsive, and very knowledgable in the real estate industry. Jodi is an excellent agent who is very easy to work with. She did an amazing job staging our house. She worked through all our questions, concerns and helped us work though all the offers. Jodi is always super pleasant and with a smile on her face but is brave enough to give honest comments. Whenever I saw new listings, she was right on it getting us a showing quickly, most often same day or next day. Jodi was available from early in the morning into the night, which I appreciated since I work and am not able to check listings and reply to emails until the evening/nighttime.
