My wife and I just had a terrible experience witb Raveis's Madison, CT office. Nancy Potts McGuin misrepresentation and unprofessional dealing resulted in my wife and I suffering the devestaring consequence of being without a place to live following the sale and close of our house. We contacted the sales manager, Sharon Craig. Sharon refused to do anything, only to say she was sorry. I would steer clear of Raveis.
I cannot say enough good things about this company: the support, technology, positive atmosphere and the Wm. Raveis Charitable Fund to support cancer research are just a few. Bill Raveis treats his agents as clients.
As a Realtor myself, it is important that I'm able to give the very best services to my Buyers and Sellers.
