She went above and beyond, not just helping us find a house, but making sure we felt at home. When issues came up with our lender, she stayed calm and managed everything between the attorneys, the seller, and our broker. Diane truly cares about her clients. From our first meeting with her to the day we closed the sale, she was with us and helped every step of the way. She even lent us some of her furniture so our second bedroom showed as a bedroom rather than the artist's studio we used it for. She went out of her way to do many, many other things for us as well. She advised on staging, got a great photographer who made our home look its best, and dealt effectively with every detail that the buyer brought up.
