Absolutely terrible experience. This company handled my dad’s $1.7M 1031 exchange and completely failed to do what they promised. Because of their mistakes and misinformation, he ended up owing over $100,000 plus MORE in taxes than they told him he would. This was supposed to be a tax-deferred exchange — that was the whole point. What makes it worse is they refuse to take ANY responsibility. No accountability, no solutions, no ownership When professionals are trusted with transactions of this size, their word matters.
