I’m surprised this area is being built up. I spent years traveling past it via the 7 line & Q66 on my way to school. It always seemed quiet and deserted. I’m glad that’s changing now. Wishing all my NY natives luck on landing one of these apartments. 🤎🤞🏽
I really love this building—it has everything I need to give my kids a comfortable and stable life. I’m just hoping and praying we get selected in the lottery.

I am really hoping to be able to have one of these apartments. It was beautiful when I visited the construction site.
I am applying! According to the plans, it is a wonderful project. I have two children, who would take full advantage of this space. I applied for the lottery and hope, with God’s help, to be selected, as I truly need it. I am also a member of the 32BJ union, and they encouraged me to participate in the lottery!!
