Last Week Management called me about the Apartment I HAVE CITYFHEPS THANK GOD I DID THE REVIEWS. I AM NOT SPANISH IN THAT SECTION.I GOOGLED UP THAT AREA . EVERY APARTMENT BUILDING I WILL CHECK THE REVIEWS I TOLD HER WAS NOT INTERESTED. KEEP THAT APARTMENT I WILL STAY IN JAMAICA QUEENS

I would not recommend living at this apartment building. They never fixed most of the repairs I reported, and the ones they did address were done at the last minute, only because of Section 8 inspections. The apartment had a serious problem with roaches and mice, but management kept denying it and refused to take proper action. They clearly don’t care about their tenants—just the money they’re receiving. On top of that, their communication is terrible. Every time I called the office, the line was always busy, and they never answered or returned my calls. To make matters worse, one of their workers broke my chain while inside my apartment, which is completely unacceptable. This is a horrible place to live, and I strongly advise others not to move here.

The worst place I have ever lived. The management caused my daughters PTSD. All the security they told to talk about us. Ignored our roach infestations x5 not to mention to manager did nothing to help people when a neighbor committed suicide in front of my window. She just said to close the blinds. I worked from home with a special needs child. I paid $2300 rent what to sit in the dark whilst bugs crawl over us. Horrid people running the building very unprofessional. My friend has door bell footage of very shady people near her door doing drugs. Staff and tenants look like they do drug transactions putting things in corners, above exit signs. The staff stare into my friends ring door camera because they know they are being watched.

trying to get an apartment here, was told there was a recent unit, new management is something else. Was told we would be able to see a new unit asap, now there’s no unit? Also called the office multiple times to speak to management, no one was there or responded, people are willing to pay with vouchers or anything else, and the management is not working with us. Seriously what can I do? Who can I talk to? This is unbelievable how no one answers the phone.

I lived there many years ago. At first sight it seems like a nice place but later you find out the staff is shady and give you attitude and bad looks for no reason. I shared my apartment with a roommate and always paid on time. We were there for 3 years and left the apartment spotless. They charged $600 on top of the security but they never bother to tell you. Apparently, 3 years worth of expensive rent don't cover the cost of a new carpet. I found out because it showed up in my credit report as a unpaid collection. Shady, shady people. Stay Away!!! The neighborhood is not the greatest either. 👎
