Willamette Valley Leasing

Willamette Leasing is a great organization and working with Janel has been a pleasure. I have appreciated the responsiveness of the maintenance crew. The areas I feel could use improvement are landscaping. Last spring there should have been a refresh the ground cover hopefully this spring it will happen. We have rotting around the base of our porch columns caused by the sprinkler heads. During the summer the lawn guys came by and set the sprinklers to run 45 minutes each day which was too much. The hot summer wasn't going to be watered away. Our backyard was in need of a makeover when we moved in and, sadly, some homeowners just don't take care of their backyard. Other than yard issues we have been very happy.

Just want to take the opportunity to say what a great experience I had with Willamette Valley Leasing and specifically Janel Roden. From the moment we moved into our house till the day we moved out, Janel was professional, easy to reach, and understanding. We moved from Sacramento over the weekend in July of 2014 and Janel helped us feel welcome and made the transition extremely smooth even though it was on the weekend. It was a difficult move with two young children however Janel made it smooth. Whenever we had a problem (very rare) with our rental property Janel addressed the situation promptly and fairly. She also made my monthly payment very simple with online monthly payment. We loved our time in Albany and just want to say thank you to Willamette Valley and Janel. Highly recomme

We have been renting through Willamette Valley Leasing for about a year and while Janel has been good to work with and responsive, their home quality and maintenance leaves something to be desired given their prices. Particular issues with the terrible efficiency of the heating and cooling system of the home as well as the condition of the backyard (not maintained by the HOA) when we moved in. More proactive maintenance and an interest in presenting the exterior of the home would go a long way.

I think that the customer service is good. I have sent in emails on particular items and within 24 hours there has always been a response. The only two things I would change is the proximity to the freeway, it gets really loud and you cant enjoy your back yard without shouting at your company, and I would have some kind of shrubbery or shading in the back yard. It gets really hot and there is no way to enjoy it.

It has not been an easy task to comply with the obligation of the future and of the present moment, that's the reason why we're looking forward to make sure the people of united states are happy att all costs and we will never make all of our promises to be unkempt for the purpose of the future....
