Willamette Park

We just renewed our lease, going on our 5th year here! Jeff and Casey have been absolutely amazing to work with on any issue we have had. Maintenance has also been awesome as well, HUGE thank you to Chris for locating and installing a new AC unit right before a heat wave! The Willamette Park team has made it a great place to live!

Almost 1 year resident as of July 2025. Good place to live, safe location for kids and families, close to restaurants and grocery store, not far from other local parks and schools. The maintenance staff are prompt and helpful if anything goes wrong. We only had minor repairs needed including the vent fan and a couple window mesh screens. The apartment gym is adequate and there are other gyms nearby. Paid covered parking is $35/month and honestly worth it. Other residents keep to themselves with no noises. Plenty of pet owners and people bag dog poop. Kids play in the playground which is also adequate. Office staff is very helpful and addresses issues quickly. The ONLY negative is the main road is fast (45mph) and there is a slight blindspot if you intend on turning left to leave the apartm

I lived at Willamette Park Apartment Homes for two years, and it was a fantastic experience. The maintenance team is top-notch—always quick to respond and handle any issues. Jeff and Casey in the office are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. The location is perfect, and the community is peaceful. I definitely miss my time there!

This community has some amazing, attentive and professional staff! The complex and club house exceeded my expectations. I am beyond excited to call this place my home! I will definitely be recommending Willamette Park to friends and family!

Our initial move-in was flawless. We technically arrived after the office was closed and they made sure that we knew where our parking spot was and safely left our door unlocked so we could stay in the apartment right away. When we finally did go meet the office staff to turn in the packets they left us, we were met by warm and friendly individuals who told us to never hesitate to let them know about any issues we might have. Over the months we've lived here, not only has any issue we've brought up been immediately resolved (a breath of fresh air compared to previous apartments I've lived in) but a friendly relationship has been possible with both Jeff and Casey. It's nice that I can go down to the office to talk about whatever with them, not just when we need something fixed. Even though
