Willamette Meadow Property Management

I rented from these guys for 6 years, paid my rent on time ALWAYS, kept my apartment clean and free of damage (just 2 adults, no kids or pets). When I left I cleaned the place perfectly and left 0 behind. I got $150 out $900 returned. I was even charged for junk haul away. What junk?!!! The worst part was, which was the reason I moved, the outside was always a dirty wreck! They never came around and tried making sure the tenants were keeping the courtyard clean or the back parking area. There was a laundry room and a carport When I moved in and they lasted about 3 years and were never replaced.

I applied for an apartment through them and had my dad as my co-signer and filled out an application as well cause my credit isn’t the best. $65 each so $130 for nothing. The guy on the phone told me that because I get disability for my son that isn’t a good enough income and they couldn’t help me. Even though my dad makes really good money. I was discriminated against because my income wasn’t good enough to rent from them. Super shitty. Very rude person I talked to on the phone and his name was frank.

So here’s my issue. I’ve been a tenant for 2.5 years. They do not honor agreements and they will not give you the direct deposit back. I tried to schedule a walk through a month before I left and they said I couldn’t. I put in work orders but they never fixed them. They charged me for a burned bulb……

Did not have a great experience here. Scheduled a self-guided showing, just for them to cancel it shortly before and tell us to reschedule. We called to see what times would work best and what went wrong and the lady on the phone was quite rude. Went to the showing today, and the apartment wasn’t in the best condition when you’re asking us to pay over $1,500 to live here. Patio had garbage and a broken screen out back. It was also filled to the max with webs, bugs, and overall grossness. Water coming from the faucet was brown and barely had a stream. Front of property had trash all over as well. I don’t expect it to be perfect but we were quite surprised by the appearance of this place and unfortunately deterred us from applying.

I'm just a prospective tenant, but wow are they rude. (Happy to burn this bridge, because there's no way I'll be renting from them). I tried to talk to someone about showing a property and they alternated between bored and annoyed. Communication is through the website. I've lived with properties that don't want to hear your voice before. It's a huge red flag.
