Willamette Landing

Manager and assistant are very helpful and very nice. Maintenance requests done quickly, apartment was like a brand new build when I moved in. Well lit at night and I've seen a security company drive thru too. Great place to live and the view can't be beat!

We lived here for 2 years and had a great experience. Management and maintenance were quick, responsive, and readily available. They care about their tenants & the longer you live there , the more like family it feels. Conveniently located by downtown but without the hustle and bustle , picking Willamette Landing was a great choice.

Willamette Landing is a nice, quiet, and safe community. Initially, what sold us to the place was the awesome view of the Willamette River right by your living room. It is also gated, so that adds to the security. The grounds are also well looked after. It is very well-maintained, thanks to the hard work of its awesome property managers, Lisa and Gary! :) Lisa and Gary are the best! They are very friendly, approachable, and will go above and beyond to assist you when needed. It has been a pleasure to reside here and be a part of such a well-maintained and family-friendly community. We will miss that view of the river, but mostly because of its wonderful people. Thank you, and we wish the management all the very best!

Beautiful apartments that are set into some of the most beautiful grounds. We felt more safe and secure than our last apartment. Our dog is also going to miss this place. It is a short drive to everything and not having to drive “the bridge” was a godsend. The landlords are lovely. This place is truly a gem.

An Oasis of Beauty and Safety We have lived at Willamette Landing for about seven years and feel safe here. This complex has had very little crime, good neighbors, and a friendly vibe. Lisa, the manager, does an exception job of screening. She is genuinely friendly, caring, and on it for addressing problems. Gary, the maintenance man, is enjoyable to deal with and reliably keeps things going. This place has nice landscaping. The views of the river, along with a surprising amount of wildlife, are incredible, as are the back decks.
