Wildwood Ridge Apartments

The apartments are spacious, with a practical layout and plenty of natural light. The appliances are modern and reliable, and I’ve had very few maintenance issues. When I did submit a request, it was handled quickly and efficiently. Parking has been convenient, and I feel safe here thanks to good lighting and a quiet, respectful community atmosphere. The location is also a big plus — close to shopping, dining, and major highways, which makes commuting easy. Overall, this apartment complex offers great value for the price. It’s a comfortable, well-managed place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.

The community itself is peaceful, well-kept, and has really nice amenities that make it feel like home. What truly makes this place stand out is the staff. The team is professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and communication has been clear and respectful. It’s obvious they care about the residents and work hard to keep the community comfortable and safe.

I had a great experience today thanks to Will Lia, the associate for my tour. He was incredibly kind, patient, and very informative throughout the entire process. He took his time explaining everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people feel comfortable and confident in their decisions. His professionalism and welcoming attitude made the tour enjoyable and stress-free. I truly appreciate his help today and would definitely recommend asking for Will if you get the chance!

About the staff: maintenance requests are handled quickly and thoroughly. Office staff is extremely helpful and polite & someone is always in the office to assist you (unlike other apartment complexes nearby). Emily helped me find the perfect apartment for my partner and I, and the whole process was easy peasy. Positives about the space: we ended up getting the un renovated Alexander apartment. I absolutely love the layout of this apartment — the built in bookshelf and view into the office when you walk in are my favorite parts. Nice dining room nook, two sink bathroom, porch, and bedroom large enough to comfortably fit a king size bed (not to mention 2 closets in the bedroom).
