We have worked with Nate on several projects since 2011, and he's just finished building a second custom home for us. Nate is very motivated and well-organized, such that he was able to build our home in roughly four months, right through the dead of winter in the Idaho mountains during a local construction boom. He is also VERY budget conscious. By carefully selecting sub-contractors and suppliers, and allowing us to do a couple of small projects ourselves, he brought the entire project in several thousand dollars UNDER budget! This includes several free upgrades such as painted exterior hardware and triple-pane windows. I would recommend Nate to anyone looking to build a quality, practical home on a budget, and on-time.

Our family had a great experience with Nate at Wilderness Falls Building involving the very complex job of replacing a deteriorating foundation under our very old house. We had a very limited budget being a single-income family. Nate was able to help us coordinate resources and we had our house lifted and a new foundation put under our house in less than 20 days. Nate prioritized getting us back in our home as quickly as possible and as well as every measure possible to keep us within our budget. We also were able to get some things we weren't expecting like new siding and windows on the house which we really appreciated! The house looks like a new one now. My wife and I wanted to build a home on our property but didn’t have the budget to build the main house. Nate worked with us to simultaneously design the off-site improvements to accommodate all future buildings and the first build of a garage with an Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU). The build process became protracted due to financing challenges which required modifications to design and schedule. Nate was very helpful in managing the build in a way that allowed us to complete the permanent financing of the build.
