The combination of Donna and Rachael worked excellently. I was buying a new home in New Plymouth, Id. from 800 miles away. I saw it when it was about 90% complete and not again until after COE. Texting made it a breeze, as both of them and myself were 'conference texting'. No need to repeat and could review at any time. And one, usually both, responded generally within minutes.
