Wildcat Construction has done several projects for me over the years, and I have been completely satisfied! In 2015, they replaced the roof on my home and garage. In 2025, they built a new front porch with a railing after heavy snow collapsed the metal awning that had been on there for decades. In late 2025, they sprayed insulation in the walls of two rooms, repaired the drywall and a ceiling crack, and painted both rooms from top to bottom. They also installed insulation in the crawlspace. I was so happy to have the insulation when the temps dropped below zero in January 2026. Jad and his crew do what they say they'll do with professionalism, expertise, and care. Hired Jad as he was the uncle of my closest friend. He and his brother, George Farhat, bid a job for my pool upgrades. They were paid $10k of the $18,500 up front and ordered the components through subcontractors. They, nor anyone on their behalf never set foot on my property again, or completed a single minute of work of this job. They fired the subcontractors and couldn’t fulfill the contract at their estimated prices or time, and we eventually hired another company: They were able to get a lien on the house through a technicality where the certified letter then sent was never delivered and lost for 3 months at our local post office before being returned to sender to their attorney. This qualified as notice and their mechanics lien was in place and could not be disputed. They have since

Wildcat did a fantastic job on a new deck for us this summer, so we hired them to pour a concrete walkway in our front yard. The pictures do not do justice to the horrible mess they made. Walkway was poorly constructed, patchy, and not at all anything we could leave alone. Refused to correct it, basically saying he didn't know what we wanted them to do. Had to hire another company to remove the whole thing and start over. We would have recommended them based on the deck, but not now. Awful customer experience.

BEWARE THE OLD "BAIT AND SWITCH"! They will try to not put all details into a signed contract so they can boost prices along the way. Will bid reasonably to get the work and then later (because they avoided putting all in writing) try to treat the bid/job like it was just an "estimate". He threatened legal action when I balked (he never followed through) and just paid the prior-agreed price. Beware these guys!

Very unprofessional to say the very least. Disrespectful to women or anyone else that calls him out on his shoddy work. Should have taken 37 yds of concrete to pour driveway, only used 28! And still tried to bill for the 37? He also claims that you don’t use rock under concrete, because the dirt is more stable?!! You, Mr. Jad, are a lying, chauvinistic, poor excuse for a human.
