I have nothing but good things to say about WWPM. From day one they went above and beyond to find us a home, and were very accommodating and friendly when there were delays in a rent payment. They even went above and beyond again when our oven quit working days before Thanksgiving. They saved the day! Sadly, after 3 year in the house, the homeowners decided to sell. With the rising costs of housing in Central Oregon, we likely overstayed our welcome in the home (according to the realtors listing), we ultimately had to relocate across the state. We unfortunately ran out of time during our move out, and didn't have time to fully deep clean. They were very fair in the cleaning and repair charges. I definitely expected a much higher charge. All in all, these are fantastic folks to rent through

This is a PSA for homeowners, searching for a property management company to help them rent their properties. I wrote out a long, detailed reason with all the examples of what happened when I use this company. but it’s too long and tedious. Just know If your goal is to get paid rent on time, have your properties maintained well or have an advocate to help you in dealing with tenant issues this is not the company for you.

WWPM is a godsend. I have multiple property managers and they are BY FAR the best. I trust them with managing my property, they are communicative, friendly, and proactive. I highly recommend them if you have a property but don't want to think about it :) I wish more property managers were are professional as you guys.

If I could give zero stars i would. We just finally got answers on our deposit after getting the run around from Jason for the past 3 days. Every time we have tried to call it goes directly to VM. This has been going on for most of the day for the past week. He has been very unprofessional and very rude as well. He couldn't even remember who i was when I spoke with him in person earlier in the day. Now on to WWPM. They are awesome and willing to work with you when you move in and when you hand them the money but move outs are horrible. We have rented with them for 5 years and were only late on a payment once because i had placed it in the wrong box. After they found the check they still charged us a late fee. Not only that the owner of our property had to have a tree removed and sucker

Jason has been pretty helpful in everything I've needed so far. We moved into a 1 bedroom then decided that wouldn't work with a baby on the way and being so far from family. We had someone take over our lease which took FOREVER leading to MORE money paid out by us then they take a million little charges off our deposit so the amount I was expecting back was incorrect. I'm sorry, but when you only live in a rental for a month and clean when you move out, a cleaning fee is freaking unnecessary!
