Management is never in the office they will charge you for having things on the porch I lived here for six years. I can hear my neighbors Use the bathroom and there’s constantly cops there for domestic issues You can’t even have fireworks during the Fourth of July or you can get fined or evicted and if you’re late for rent, they threaten you with eviction every single time. When you leave they will charge you for anything and everything you will never get back your deposit because you have to pay for carpet removal and the cleaning after. If it doesn’t look like the day you moved in then you’ll be charged for whatever they can find.

My experience at Wild Horse Mesa Apartments has been nothing short of fantastic, thanks in large part to the exceptional property managers, Serenity and Hayley. From the moment I moved in, Serenity and Hayley have been incredibly welcoming and attentive. They go above and beyond to ensure that all residents feel comfortable and well taken care of. Any concerns or maintenance requests are addressed promptly, often within the same day, which is a level of service that’s truly commendable. The apartments themselves are spacious, well-maintained, and modern, with thoughtful touches that make a real difference in everyday living. The management is great here if you have any questions or issues they will instantly get them resolved. Along with the maintenance man Kyle, who is always ready to tackle any problem with a smile on his face and a great attitude!
