This is a small complex with a sense of community. Neighbors look after neighbors. Ralph, the Maintenance Manager, is awesome and the few fixes I needed were addressed in a timely manner, always. Kristyn, the Property Manager, is very sweet, attentive and has the best interest of the place in mind always. She’s very patient and helpful. I’m grateful for the friends I made while there.

Hello are you thinking about living here? I absolutely love living here! I know some people have other thoughts, but I’ve been here for a little over a year now, every time I have an issue, Ralph (our wonderful maintenance guy) comes almost immediately to fix it! We’ve became family with a lot of people living here as well! A lot of older very sweet and welcoming people for sure! We’ve made lots of friends, my daughters have made a few friends, it’s just overall a peaceful place to live. And it’s affordable 😊

Ate up with mold several tenants complaining , and the answer is always it’s mildew and they will do nothing about it , flea infestations even though animals are flee treated. Power Bill outrages for an air unit that has to run 24 hours a day on 68 and it’s still 85 degrees in my unit. Guess when I go to court maybe the problem will be solved .

I met the property manager, Kyrstin, at this wonderful establishment. They were extremely accommodating and kind. They answered all my questions quickly and with ease. I would highly recommend checking them out.

Recently stopped by to view an apartment. Grounds were gorgeous and very well kept! The property manager (April) was beyond helpful, patient, and kind! The maintenance tech (Ralph) was very informative and knew the answers to all my questions as a prospective tenant! I would highly recommend this property and can not say enough positive things about the staff and this beautiful island community!!!!
