John is fantastic. Words can’t even describe how amazing he is. We had a horrible experience buying our first house from across the country so we were very hesitant to even start looking at homes before arriving. John encouraged us to at least start looking online to figure out what we liked and didn’t . He was also more than happy to go look at homes and send videos to us of ones we through we liked. Before arriving he send videos of probably 10 homes and had gone to more home but had called to let us know the condition of the homes before starting to take videos to let us decide if we wanted to see the home or not. Once we arrived in GA he showed us more home till we found the perfect one. He never once rushed us into a home or rushed us during showings. Once we found the one he got
