Whitney Carriage Apartments

I don’t regret living at Whitney apartment with my family. I moved in 4 years ago, earlier didn’t know that the management was so understanding and supportive. I work for an airline and when the COVID hit the industry the management were surprisingly supportive and helpful. They work with you at your level and attend to you whenever you call for assistance. I love the size of the rooms very spacious, the community has the gym and space for parties. If you communicate with Murray the Manager, Bob and Olivia I believe they will make you feel at home. Thank you for being a great team for the residents.

We have lived here for several years and Olivia Gallagher who is office personnel is sweet kind and professional. She shows true interest in why or what you are calling about. She is very reassuring and helpful with all questions and helps with solutions. There has been major construction going on and she is available through email phone calls and will call you back to reassure you about any question asked. When I request a work order they fix it the same day or the following. We are a large complex and all do the best they can to Keep it a good place to live💜

With 30 years of residency at Whitney Carriage, I have seen lots of changes in the buildings and the grounds, however I have seen a lot of change with different management companies that have come in and out to manage the property . Looking back to 1993 and now seeing the renovations that are being done today is quite impressive, as its captures the history of the buildings located on the premise. As for the current management team Kelly, Olivia, and Bob they all receive an automatic 5 stars. However a special 10 stars goes to the owner of the building who took a moment to consider a request that I had asked for and was granted. I've watched my kids grow up here and my grandson grow up here, Whitney Carriage is and always will be a family place.

Some of these units may look nice but it's not worth it. The advertised rent price will most likely not be the price you pay. The management office and personnel are unprofessional and unresponsive. You will constantly be harassed with flyers, robo emails, and robo calls every week. Lately some these have been "friendly" reminders on how you should conduct yourself on the property and they reserve the right to terminate your lease. In the winter you will experience this multiple times a day. Any maintenance issues could take months or may never be resolved. The property management company and maintenance crew forgets that the units are people's homes and that tenants deserve respect. Other tenants are rude, disrespectful, and loud. Moving to a new place it’s overwhelming, from the paperwork to the actual furniture carrying its tiresome and can get complicated. But when you find a rental specialist like Olivia here at Whitney Carriage, she is so nice, courteous, her professionalism and dedication made my moving experience so pleasant. From the first day I came looking for an apartment to moving day everything was done prompt, and with a smile to every question or concern I had. she explain everything, the process, The rules, regulations, my rights.
