These guys are great. Olivia is very friendly and helpful. Moises and his crew are VERY UNDERSTANDING and professional. My apartment building was being gutted and renovated but they essentially paused their constitution to let my girlfriend and I finish our semester uninterrupted. The team members at M3 are very helpful to new real estate investors like me. They were willing to share their knowledge and really break things down step by step. I look forward to seeing more from them in the future. They also do amazing renovation work, turning old fixer-uppers into high grade homes. I highly recommend them to anyone reading this review.

Moises is a master renovator. What an amazing job upgrading this unit. It’s a beautiful unit and I’m glad my family gets to enjoy this great property for years to come! Moises is a very caring and reasonable landlord, he really has his tenants best interest at heart! M3 innovations are the real deal.

I just bought a nearly $300k house renovated by this group. I’m told the house was “uninhabitable” and it is far from that now. However, the quality of workmanship is very poor. The first thing I did was caulk all the cracks and spaces in the stairwell. The toilet doesn’t flush, the bathtub plug doesn’t work and now that the snow has melted the yard cleanup is far beyond what I can manage alone. A pile of nails, glass and bits of rubbish everywhere and today I unearthed a pile of sheet rock wrapped in a blue tarp buried under a pile of wood. If this is how they rebuild neighborhoods you should probably find someone else.
