I had such a great experience building with Whitestone. The quality of the home is incredible, and I never felt pressured or overcharged when customizing things the way I wanted. Their whole team works together so well & everyone was on the same page, quick to communicate, and genuinely helpful. The entire process was clear, organized, and way less stressful than I expected considering they’re a custom builder. They really streamline the best of both worlds to give you a custom product with a production builder’s process. I’m truly so happy with how my home turned out and would recommend them to anyone looking for a builder they can trust.

We are very happy about our new custom Whitestone home, just completed in Johnson Ranch. While issues always arise during construction, the Project Manager, Wendy Venske, was great in addressing those issues in a timely and responsive manner. Wendy found out quickly that I was pretty demanding for quality work and there were several "do overs" that she handled with speed and professionalism to our satisfaction and delight. Our sales rep, Becky Larick (now retired) was equally great in handling our every request for Change Orders and architectural review, spending many hours with us to make sure everything we wanted was properly set in the contract. ​We recently had a home built by Whitestone, and I can't speak highly enough about our building manager, Shean Billings. He was outstanding—always responsive, kept me well-informed throughout the process, and when any issues arose, he handled them effectively and without any fuss. ​My overall experience with Whitestone was positive, though I feel the quality of some of the workmanship could have been better for the price. We also faced a significant problem with a material used in the home. While I believe the responsibility was shared between the supplier and Whitestone, the builder took ownership and worked to fix the issue without me having to fight them. From the day I walked into the sales office and met Jennifer, I felt like she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the whole process of building a home with Whitestone. She answered all our questions and was very responsive and attentive and listened to all of our needs and concerns. She was just a joyful person to work with. You can tell she really loves the product she sells. Working with Wendy was a great experience too, she was very helpful and went beyond to help us out. Even surprised me with a couple things. I had alot of stress, having never built a custom home, but everyone worked to make the process go as smooth as possible. We love our home and think it's beautiful!
