Worst management ever ! Windows don’t open , flys everywhere, no one in the office. Inside is so old, cabinets broken and worn out. Outside needs painted , roof worn out , landscaping is horrible. Bed bugs reported and nothing is done. They spray but won’t come back to control them. Resident assaulted and nothing was done. Just horrible management and now they treat you like you’re in jail. You’re fined if you feed a cat 500 even if it it’s starving. My apt is standing in water and I can’t get anyone to come fix it.
They jack your rent up as high as they want to.
Rick was really helpful, I understood his text, and he was able to work with me to get into my unit,
These really are nice apartments. All the people are so nice.
