Mrs. Kemp is very unprofessional and rude. Never had a bad experience registering my cars until going into this office. Very distasteful. Don’t recommend unless you want her to ruin your day.

April is amazing! Even with one guy in front of us, we were in and out in less than 10 minutes getting our trailer tag renewed.

I went in to renew my tag. My car is in my mom's name and the insurance is in my name in Oklahoma. I have had the same insurance policy since 2019 and never had any problem renewing my tag in Sherman. I was just trying to not have to drive the extra miles so i stopped in whitesboro .She told me she couldn't do it without my mom their to give permission. So after already driving for over an hour I then had to continue driving all the way to Sherman just to walk in and stay for less than minute to get my tags with the same info the lady in whitesboro refused to take. I guess now I know just drive the extra miles.

Absolutely the worst place ever. Long lines, ignorant people and too long of wait times. If there were another place to go....go there. Avoid this place at ALL costs!!!

While April diligently worked to process-paperwork and answer-questions from nearly fifteen people awaiting Titles and Registration today, her "co-worker" held a casual conversation with someone else waiting in line. Our tax dollars at work. 50% of them.
