I’ve lived in several places, but I’ve never met a leasing manager as dedicated as Jaylen. He goes above and beyond for residents, handles issues quickly, and treats everyone with respect. The community runs smoothly because of his hard work. Truly exceptional! He answered all my questions, walked me through everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable with my decision. You don’t find customer service like this everywhere. Definitely five stars and definitely recommend this apartment to anyone in the Charlotte area!

Whitehall Parc Apartments has an employee by the name of Jaylen. He took the necessary steps to best accommodate my inquiry regarding the apartments. His character and work doesn’t need to go unnoticed at your establishment. I appreciate him for his respect and his manners. He is a great asset to customer service for your apartment complex. Showed great professionalism and work integrity.

Don’t move here unless you want to hear your neighbors snore at night, hear their tv all night long, want to hear cabinets slamming all day long, walk in dog poop, have dirty breezeways, like this list goes on and on. Double check the layout of the building before you move in. That was my mistake and I will NEVER live in a building with this type of layout again. I never lived in a such a terrible community. Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews from people who are only VISITING the place, they don’t live here.

Jordan made our entire move-in process absolutely seamless. From the paperwork to handling any questions or issues, she went above and beyond every step of the way. She felt more like a friend who genuinely had my best interests at heart rather than just a leasing agent. Her professionalism, patience, and warm personality made everything so much easier. I’m truly grateful for her support and highly recommend working with her!

I went to tour these apartments because I'm looking for another place for my daughter and I and the property did not disappoint. Jordan was my leasing agent and she was amazing. She treated me as if I was a friend not just a client trying to get me to sign up. The apartments were nice and spacious and we loved the Amenities.
