Great place to live! Cherin & Anthony do a terrific job & can't forget Liz. Also I wanted to mention the Staff with maintenance are Dean, Luis, and Hoze, they are epic leaders for the company! They make sure everything gets done;

I lived in White Rock Village A few yrs ago everyone was great all STAFF included. I deeply regret leaving as everyone knows of such a housing shortage .I sincerely pray u are all THANKFUL to have such a beautiful comfortable place to live,or u could end up like me BEGGING for a roof over my head.

Not a good place the maintenance people steal small stuff when your not home and everything breaks down after half a year of living here and most of the time they dont care about noise complaints from neighbors plus all the kids are very gedow. Everytime i walk by the park i hear little kids cus and there parents never even watch them and when they do they dont care about there kids are beating toddlers and cusing. Very bad place to live. Its probably the most gedow place in El Darado Hills.

No help for single fathers. Program @ white does not rent to Single Fathers and will not allow fathers to add their children to their lease. Shame on white rock facility. Single Fathers of a 7 yrs old & 5 yrs old. Shame on the Attorney Barbara Newman who Slanders Single Fathers & blocks them from having
