Sterling Ranch

Wonderful experience living here! Everyone on the team is incredibly helpful and responsive. A special thank you to Julia — every single time we have a question, she goes above and beyond to get it resolved in no time. Her dedication truly makes a difference. The building may not be the newest, but the maintenance team and staff are absolutely fantastic. They take everything into consideration and make sure all issues are handled promptly and professionally. We really appreciate all the hard work they put in to make this a great place to live.

I am writing to share what an amazing experience I have had since moving into Sterling Ranch. My wife and I noticed some initial issues upon moving in, but Brandi was incredibly quick to get all of the items resolved. She was friendly and caring throughout the entire process, and her hard work ensured our apartment was ready for us. It is not often that you meet an apartment manager who truly cares about the residents and the community as she does. I would like to formally acknowledge Brandi for her dedication. I am proud to call Sterling Ranch my home.

My wife and I moved in a couple of weeks ago. We love the place so far. The staff is very friendly. There were a few things that we needed to get fixed in the apartment, and the maintenance crew fixed them very promptly. Overall, we are very happy to call this place home.

We recently moved back to Sterling Ranch after having lived here years ago (around 2007), and at first we noticed the community wasn’t being maintained the way it used to be. There had clearly been a decline in how things were being run, which was disappointing since we had such good memories of living here before. However, since Brandy came on as the new manager, things have been turning around in a really positive way. She has been doing an amazing job bringing life back into the community. The pool is heated now, the grounds are being cared for, kids plays area is getting attention and improvements. Brandi and her assistant Julia have also been creating a great sense of community by hosting events at the leasing office and doing thoughtful things like breakfast treats and goodie bags

I have been working with Julie and she has been so helpful. I have looked at so many apartments lately I cant get them straight. Julie really stood out and helped me make my decision to rent here because of her outgoing attitude. I also decided on Sterling Ranch because of its location in a cute neighborhood and not feeling so much like living in an apartment. Thank you Julie and Kelsey for helping me out.
