Mrs Tracy an excellent manager, any problem I have had in the past she has taken care of them expeditiously! Thank you so much Mrs Tracy for being more than a property manager for being like a mentor, a strong leader, and definitely just showing me how to survive!

If I could give this place a negative -0 stars I would. The manager is the rudest person I’ve ever met. She’ll hang up in your face, even curse you out . I contacted upper management because I was hearing from other tenants about how much of a bully and a menace this lady was, and I found out quickly that she’s the way she is because upper management doesn’t care about complaints either and her behavior has been ignored for years. The pool was never open the 3 years I lived there. The floor plans are great but run run run. I think her name is Tracy don’t be fooled she’s childish and disrespectful

Ms. Tracy and Shawn are amazing. They got us inside and accommodated us in a lot of ways in a short period of time. She’s very professional and assertive. Tracy is more than a property manage Shawn goes above and beyond even if he doesn’t know the answers. Great personalities and work ethic. I recommend this property to everyone they’ve really cleaned up this place

I have had several pleasant encounters with Lyric Parker who has a caring, kind spirit. Her work ethic goes over and beyond the call of her duty. She always greets me with a smile as well as my family members the concerns that I had about my apartment was well addressed in a timely manner. I thank Tracy for having a pleasant atmosphere for her and her coworkers. I'm glad that I have choose to be a tenant here and look forward for many more years to come.

My mother is a current tenant here. She have been without air for over a week now. I’ve tried calling as well as my other siblings to see if or how long this matter would take to get resolved. Staff never answers the phone. The office hour has change without notice or posting the new hours of operation. Whenever you do get in contact with the staff on duty, they could care less about your complaints or concerns. My mother has several medical issues, rent is always on time, a very patient, understanding tenant but something needs to be done ASAP about how the tenants are being treated. Mother never complains about much of anything. I am livid as to the way this matter is being taken care of. No one should ever have to be in this heat for a whole week with no answers or resolutions as to h
