Besides the rent going from 750 a month up to 1100 1200 just umder 2 1/2 years. No one rarely comes to clean inside the complexes to wash on dryer area take out the trash stuff like that and they make us put our own salt down in the winter they don't winterize anything.. people usually rent an apartment because they don't want the upkeep of a yard and all the Xtra stuff. Besides the fact that the apartments are extremely noisy you can hear everything from the upstairs neighbor side of you everything
Very nice and quaint apartment. The one i was in was very roomie and was in the ground floor and had a sliding door out to a patio.
Very clean and staff were very friendly.
