We tried to get in this place and the owner- a preacher, I might add, tried jacking up prices and changing the rent rate and then the utilities. For a man of God he sure is shady. Definitely avoid this! Even his tenants think he's a douche. Avoid business with this guy at all costs we had 15 days to find a place and said no to this!!!
