Very poor management company. Bell Management unreachable and won't return calls of Tenants. The landlord is a bully and plays favorites. Will throw people out if she doesn't like them. Tenants are allowed to bully and assault the people the landlord doesn't like. Landlord will make up false claims to throw people out. Then harass Tenants as they are trying to move. Doesn't even deserve one star!

Very nice friends I met leaving here they are so sweet I love the view leaving here and I miss the location but it’s fine I still can find a place in Warsaw but I suggest to live here y’all will love it

Rules change almost daily don't abide by the lease. Poor management Bell management owners of this place

It's a great place with very good food and friendly people
