White Oak Apartments

I absolutely love this property. It has so many amenities that surrounding properties don’t offer. Since it is a newer complex it has a state-of-the-art weight room, and a pristine sauna that are open 24 hours a day so no matter your work schedule your always welcome. I also absolutely love the fact that there is extra parking for my guests so they don’t have to park on the street. Danielle the manager is always in during the week so if I have any questions or maintenace request she promptly gets them taken care of. Danielle also does a monthly social activity with local vendors like Xfinity which is so wonderful so I can get to know the people that live around me. White Oak Luxury Apartments on Wiltsey St SE, Salem OR is a great to place to live. Maintenance orders are resolved timely and efficiently, my mail and packages have never been lost, the complex is always always neat and tidy, and we have hosted monthly socials which is a great way to meet my neighbors. The most well attended ones are the halloween with halloween decorating events and the summer BBQ with hamburgers/hotdogs, potato salad, variety of drinks to choose from and ice cream for dessert. It's a pet friendly complex and they are quiet and pet waste is picked up. We are always well informed by the property manager as to what's happening onsite and for these reasons shown above, I have extended my lease for my 2nd term.

White Oaks Apartments have been great. Fridge/freezer had an issue and they came out the next day and repaired it. Very satisfied with this location and response time.

Been waiting nearly two months to move into this apartment complex and having to waste my money on a hotel because corporate isn’t getting back to me. Even messaged them on Facebook and they added me to their employee group, tried calling MDI Management who manages this complex and their mailbox is full? I love the leasing agent here she is great but having to be homeless in a hotel while waiting for these people to allow my mom and I to pay $99 for the deposit is ridiculous. Makes me feel like my money isn’t good enough for this company, they are hurting for tenants especially offering 2 months free which is better than half of these apartments that are offering 1 month free and construction isn’t even done.
