White Gables - Crescent Homes

Very nice neighborhood but drive slow because the parking is on the street and the roads are very narrow. The clubhouse is a nice place for a graduation party or other get together. They also have a really nice pool with a kiddie area and tennis courts. The walking trails are nice and scenic as well.

DO NOT RENT THIS VENUE!!!! I opted to rent this clubhouse out for an event and was disappointed on so many levels. Upon arrival, we were met with a mess left from contractors who were repairing the building. Nails were all over the floor, the floors were covered in dust and the male bathroom had huge doors stored inside preventing use. In the kitchen, there were small bugs in the freezer and more dust from the construction. My event planner performed miracles to get the spot up to par for our event but I also had to dish out more money to cover the inefficiencies. I have contacted the company for a refund of my deposit and have been unsuccessful!! Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to host your event.

Don't rent the Clubhouse it's TERRIBLE. BUGS IN THE FREEZER. THE PLACE IS A RIP OFF I HAD AN EVENT AND THE BLDG WAS IN REPAIR, NO ONE SAID THIS AT THE EVENT TIME. THEY WOULDN'T REFUND MY MONEY OR PARTIAL.

Prestine community with a large club house. Evidently they don’t have the resources for the clubhouse to host parties.

The homes built by crescent are terrible. The quality is by far the worste ive ever seen especially considering what you pay for.
