You know I honestly cannot say enough of Kyle Hungerford. I hired Kyle as a buyer and he found me a great home, made me aware of potential issues and pursued them until they weren't! Due to some circumstances I had to sell that very home and I called Kyle and hired him to sell my home. Kyle not only got me my asking price the buyer went over-asking! This time some major issues arose and Kyle was absolutely outstanding! he called in favors for me and had a great list of contractors and due to him having a great rapport with them I was able to keep my repair costs down. Kyle and Amy recently helped us with the sale of our house in Charleston. We had a lot going on personally and they were able to take some of the work of getting the house ready for sale off of our hands. Kyle was recommended and managed the various trades that came to install flooring, do finish paint, plumbing, etc and he made sure that the work was done to our satisfaction. Together, he and Amy were able to give us good advice on where to spend the money in order to get the most return on the sale. We ran into major problems with our roof due to poor installation by our solar panel company. Kyle and Amy are absolutely wonderful to work with. When I moved here in 2019, Amy assisted me with purchasing my new construction. She walked me through the entire process, attended meetings and walkthroughs when I wasn’t able to attend, and even helped me design the home! Fast forward to 2023, where I am selling to leave the area. Kyle has made this the most effortless sale I’ve ever been a part of. Once the home was under contract, I was basically on autopilot while Kyle took care of scheduling all required repairs.
