0/10 don’t recommend! I lived here 4 years plus and the whole duration I had to inhale black mold along with my children, i would wake up every morning with congestion due to the black mold and all they do is paint over it. The first 3 years there was a rat issue and it probably still is. Roaches are everywhere the pest control comes to spray, but that doesn’t work. You pay for pool and playground but that hasn’t been open for years even before I came. Always had leaking and my sink would always become stopped up and my dishwasher never worked I wasn’t able to use it the whole stay. They don’t show concern for your health that black mold can really get someone sick. Rent overpriced and goes up every year but they don’t fix anything and have you paying for amenities that your not even able

Roaches , rats, no pool, mold, terrible management. Only wants your money. They messed up bad with management lately so they sucking everyone dry. If I were you I’d be CAREFUL. Moving here. NOT CLEAN, and not up to date. Not worth the price. AT ALL.

Terrible. Just awful. Floors are filthy, my daughter and I just moved in not even a week ago and the floors have our feet black from walking barefoot, so obviously they were not clean or mopped. The apartments are made so thin, I can hear the neighbor over top of us walking and stomping, laughing, talking loud, running back and forth, etc. Flies constantly in the apartment. Water is leaking from the neighbors shower into our shower, so every time someone takes a shower over top of us the water comes down. Roaches🪳 going into our food, etc. I bleached the tub to clean it and it still will not remove the stains and rust. The reviews are true and the reviews from years ago are still relevant to this day. This is unacceptable. How can 3 and 4 year old bad reviews still be relevant to this day?

My daughter and I moved in April 2025. We have been having issues with wall air conditioning for a while. Finally not even long ago, they gave us a window AC. On Friday, September 6, my daughter and I came home to see that it was not in the window. When I asked about it, I was told that a new tenant moving in needed an air conditioner so they chose of all apartments to take ours. We were not told that they were coming to take it out, they did not have permission to come in, and there was no emergency in our unit that caused for it to be removed. The emergency was in another unit and that’s the reason they took the one we finally got after not having AC for months. It’s the summer time!!!!!!! At this point this is absurd. Now we are back to square one of not having AC.

Applied here for a job transfer from Philadelphia. I personally don’t have any complaints . The complex is small but ample parking. And plenty of visitor parking spots. I myself have had roughly 3 maintenance request that were all handled within 24/48 hours. The kids can be loud and cause noise and leave their messes in the walk way but as the saying goes kids will be kids. I think the rent is fair for having two bedrooms and 1.5 baths ( I think I can speak for every parent that has only had 1 bathroom with kids, that extra bathroom although it’s only a toilet and not a full bathroom comes in clutch)! Also having the washer and dryer connections so the option to have your own laundry in your unit is available. I have three children myself and I’m on the top floor and I haven’t had a noise
