Whispering Palms

my grandpa lived here for about 16 years before he passed away and as a result i spent a majority of my childhood here, from a young persons perspective, these apartments aren't anything fancy but they aren't bad either. my grandpa however, loved this place and refused to leave it until his time came. the people here are extremely nice and caring, many times as a kid the other residents would let me sit in their apartment to watch tv or talk with them. it's not like that anymore as recent times have made people more cautious and less open but the core of the community still stands. these apartments are extremely quiet because the people who live here are quiet. the walls here are thin though, so heads up to anyone with rowdy grandkids, you will be heard. theres also plenty of walking space

I lived there for one year. Very nice people. Nice location by city hall. Guards that come by at night. Park along sierra hwy is good for walking. If you can do the climate. Easily one of the best senior apartments in the desert. If you can get a vacancy, take it.
