My husband and I worked with Catherine when we were buying our house and now she’s helping us sell it. We were first time home buyers so we were very new to this aspect. Catherine helped us with every single step of the process. She is our go to woman! Whatever questions we had, she had the answers and if she didn’t, she always found out. She handles everything in a timely manner and makes sure you have a stress free home buying/selling process. Catherine updates you with all the steps that will be taken, or has been accomplished. She is very up to date with the job as the housing market changes, she knows and performs her job amazingly well.

A realtor doesn’t just become someone who provides a service they become apart of your life. In 2019 I was moving out to California from Ohio as a military member in search of a house. Catherine was absolutely incredible over the phone and helped me search for a house while I was still out if the area. She negotiated the deal to perfection and we closed on the day I arrived into town. I would say the best realtor listens to you and makes sure the transaction has the least amount of speed bumps as possible and she excelled in all these areas.

Catherine went above & beyond every step of the way through the sale & purchase of both our houses! She is detail oriented, organized, & a great communicator.
