Whispering Oaks

This property is pure TRASH. Their new property manager Tisha decided it would be nice to charge me a bogus $44 fee for keys and instead of making me aware that I had an outstanding balance, she never tried to reach out and it went into collections. When I called to confront her, all she could say was “sorry” 🤬 They should be forced to shut that dump of a place down and give people their hard earned money back.

They have a new leasing man that will not take any calls or call you back. They won’t let you in the office due to covid which is fine but he will literally make hand gestures through the window for you to call and he will send you to voicemail. I have left three messages since Monday and no returned call. I caught him outside yesterday and he barely spoke to me he cracked his window and stated to call the office and leave a message. I told him I left two already and he was like call in the morning I will answer. Well I called today and the number says it’s not in service!!!! This is my second incident with him. He needs to be fired!!

*This is an update* We have a new property manager who i believe is doing a phenomenal job and fixing what her predecessor jacked up. In the few months that she has worked here, more of my maintenance issues have been handled than the entire year that Tisha was in charge. I believe she has limited resources (money) but is doing her best to change the culture of the neighborhood. I eould give her alone 4 stard. This property is VERY poorly ran. When there was a leasing manager, she was pure TRASH. She constantly gave the run around about EVERYTHING! I've been here for a year and my dishwasher has not worked, and there is a hole in my window in my bedroom. I told them about mold in my room and they came weeks later. They took my money and said i was next on waiting list no one ever xalled me back this is the b3 time i have gave them 50 for applications fee they rob you and l8e to you im very upst been on that waiting list now for 2 years and then i called today and she said im not on the list i want to sue sombody because they are robbing people dont trust them
