Probably one of the best experiences with any type of sales person ever . Hats off to Mr Shawn Pitzer he gave me and my brother a tour of the two bedroom two bath apartments at Pointe grand Island view Apartments actually our mother was with us. She was so impressed with his knowledge of the place and not only his knowledge of the place, but he gave us so many different options and they’re really aren’t that many different options. It’s two bedroom two bath, but he would Be like all over in this building just got a better view. This one you see the pool so so many different options. always come up with something else and it just amazes me so like I said hats off to Shawn Pitzer probably one of the best sales persons I have ever had an experience with, and I have been in sells for over 40 y

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Ashton and Alaina at Pointe Grand Island View Apartments. From the beginning, Alaina was super helpful—she stayed consistent, kept me informed, and made the entire process way easier than I expected. You can tell she really cares and knows her stuff. And just when I thought things couldn’t get any better, Ashton came in clutch! His extra care, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond really sealed the deal for me. He made sure everything was on point for move-in and followed through like a pro. Together, they made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the both of them—this level of service is rare. Definitely a 5-star experience!

We toured the apartments on a Saturday afternoon. I was impressed by the new resort feel! The common areas looked well kept and we had a great tour of the place!

Me and My roommate had a tour last week. Ashton toured us, unfortunately I was not able to physically be there but my roommate was able to call me during it and I still had a very wonderful experience with him. We applied on our tour and got approved the next day! They are very outgoing and fun to be around. Amazing experience with this apartment!
