Whispering Creek Apartments

I moved into Whispering Creek apartments in March 2023 on my own after leaving a relationship I had been in for 14 years. I lived there for a year, and in February 2024 I signed another year lease. Well! In April, 2 months later, I found out that I was pregnant. I still owned a home with my ex and he was dragging his feet this whole time on refinancing the house so I could get my name off the mortgage and get my share of the equity. Now that I knew I was pregnant there was no way there was enough room for me and a baby and all the gear that comes with a baby in my small one bedroom apartment so I had to break my lease. Emily Romero in the leasing office took my $650 deposit and also charged my account another $2,500 which I’ve been slowly chipping away at every month for the past year+.

for about two years, and I can confidently say it’s an excellent place to call home. The property is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, creating a very pleasant living environment. The staff is professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any request or question. The location is also fantastic — convenient, well-connected, and close to everything you need. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality, well-managed, and serious place to live.

I have lived here for 3 years and it has been great! Maintenance keeps the lawns nice and are quick to do my work orders. The property manager is awesome and friendly. She always waves and will make sure everything is ok with me and my unit. I am sorry to hear that she is leaving. She will be missed. Everyone loves her here!

I’ve lived here for 3 years now and I’ve enjoyed it quite a bit. The landlord is amazing and maintenance is always very quick to help when something goes wrong in my home. I would recommend this place to anyone getting their own home for the first time. Rent is decently priced! Nothing but good things to say !

My family is very happy here! We are pleased with the maintenance staff and with Emily, she is very Nice and has goodies un the office for the kids! It is safe and a Nice community
