My mom absolutely loves living here. It’s quiet and clean. Juan is a fantastic property manager. He takes the time to hear the tenants concerns, is prompt, and sets the expectations of repair in a timely fashion. My mom tells me her neighbors are considerate and friendly. She loves the community areas. We love visiting her and enjoying them with her. Overall, I’d highly recommend this community. Great place to call home.

This is a very calm peaceful place to live. We moved into the building I believe in May 2024. Everyone is very kind if you see them in the hall or in the downstairs game room. Smiles and hello is how we all treat each other. Holding a door for you and kindness is all around here. The manager is always taking the time to make sure you're doing well. He does an amazing job!!!

Helped a friend move into these apartments last weekend, and I must say that it is a wonderful place. Juan was the property manager that assisted our friend with the move in process. He was very professional, friendly, and did an amazing job explaining everything, so much in fact that I was intrigued by the property myself. Although I am not a tenant myself, this is definitely a place I will consider in the future, and will recommend to others. Great Job Juan!

I was so pleasantly surprised by how modern and bright the units are. The clubhouse is a perfect place to hang out with lots of fun things to do. Juan Matos was super helpful and friendly on the tour we got before moving stuff in, you can tell he is super proud of the property. Very smooth easy process!
