Wheatland Hills Apartments

We have lived here for about a little over a year now and I will say Wheatland Hills is a nice and peaceful place to live. Lots of spacious outdoor grounds for kids to play and the spacious dog park for dog playdates 😌 and the maintenance is top tier, they always get things done fast and efficiently! The down side is that these are older apartments so you can definitely hear neighbors below or above you very easily even if they are just laughing out loud, you can hear it. Other than that I would recommend this place to anyone ☺️

I’ve lived here for almost three years and have always felt safe and well taken care of. Any type of request is handled quickly, and communication is always consistent. Since the new management took over, there have been so many fun community events, weekly food trucks, and the grounds are always well kept. I love how pet friendly it is, and the residents are friendly and respectful. I have every amenity; laundry, dishwasher, AC, and dog park. The location is also perfect for me personally, easy access to highways and Lancaster overall, the school district is Hempfield. I'm really glad to be a resident here.

Wheatland hills is a great place to live! They have very beautiful town homes and apartments. The management is wonderful! They do great things for our community and all the residents who live here. Very responsive when it comes to any issues that may arise. Maintenance team does great work! All in all, I would recommend this as a great and comfortable place to live 😊

My husband and I have been at Wheatland Hills for 6 years, and we love it here! We lived in a one bedroom for 5 years and recently moved into one of the townhouses which really feels like home. It also gave us the space to bring home our two fur babies who also love it here at Wheatland. The new management has gone above and beyond to make this a true community from food trucks to bringing the dog community together. I’ve made so many wonderful new friends because of this. Thank you Wheatland Hills for being our home!

I’ve lived at Wheatland hills for 3 years and it is absolutely amazing. I used to live in a 1 bedroom with my partner and just transferred into this BEAUTIFUL 2 bedroom house. We just had a baby and the office was really helpful in getting us something bigger. They are always updating the community, it’s a clean safe area to raise my baby. We love our new home !!
