I can’t believe I’m even writing a review, I really didn’t want to because I honestly fear they will retaliate against me, but it’s gotten so bad I really don’t feel I have any other recourse. I can’t get a call or email returned from anyone at the office let alone my property manager. For multiple different issues they put me off for weeks or months at a time. I have a disability so emailing is really not preferred, I’d much rather call in but I literally cannot get past the receptionists (who have been cordial enough). I’m really at a loss, it’s different excuse every time, the current thing is minor, but I can’t even get a call back or any info, it’s extremely frustrating. In working with John Speed recently on an inspection, I can say without hesitation that he is a kind, caring, intelligent professional, and a real gentleman. Extremely disappointed. An issue that could have been fixed promptly without issue was made larger due to unprofessionalism within the person that administrates the building I live in. The maintenance person under this company did a un reversible damage causing a minor issue to become a bigger issue. On top of this, the plumber they hired decided to leave without a trace as well. As for the person working for this company and administrating the building, denied the allegations of them doing any damage and avoided any accountability. Not only this, yet they retracted and changed their statements many times, showed little attention to detail, and unprofessional behavior. The service has been deeply unsatisfactory, no results nor solutions whatsoever.

We hired WFL to manage our property a while back after being fed up with our last property management company. Since signing on with them, there has been great improvement and development around the property. They provide wonderful customer service and are very attentive to our needs. Our property is now very well taken care of thanks to the staff at WFL. I highly recommend them!

Our complex just started working with this company and I have Not many good things to say about how they MIS Manage simple communication with the tenants and owners! I call for the same people and cannot get a response back! But they are very quick to penalize or report some damage they haven’t fixed! It is very difficult working with people who are unresponsive!
