We have worked with Mike and his team on several remodeling projects and the results are always spot on with our hopes and expectations. Our list of DiMeo projects includes: living room fireplace and coffered ceiling with recessed lighting, wainscoting/ wall paneling and new lighting in dining room and foyer, complete gutting of room to transform into home gym/dance studio (with specialty flooring and audio system), new full bath, complete remodel of 2 existing full baths, powder room remodel, deck and patio redesign and build. DiMeo Contruction did an amazing job on a big project during the pandemic. They removed existing doors, added framing, raised a floor, matched wood flooring, removed windows, added exterior doors and added deck, railings, under rail lighting and more…. Workman ship was of great quality and workers showed up and were polite and professional. I could not have more positive things to say about working with Dimeo Construction. They did a backyard project for me and they were amazing to work with from the first meeting to the last. I met with a bunch of contractors but when I met Mike, I knew he was the right guy for the job. Mike and Kevin took care of everything and were always available to talk if I needed them. I have worked with Mike DiMeo for over 15 years, doing two homes and one office renovation. Mike is extremely honest, hard working and personally manages every job while paying attention to all the details. He has a keen eye for making excellent choices when design is an issue. Having a great relationship with his trades ( carpenters, electrical and plumbing) he can control the timing of the job while bringing the highest quality of workers. I cannot say enough about Mike and DiMeo construction except I wish they had a Florida branch as the work down there is super expensive and a fraction of the quality! We contracted with DiMeo Construction in mid-2022 to build an ADU attached to a free-standing garage. At all times, working with Mike and site manager Kevin, the communication was straightforward and easily understood. If there were questions, they would patiently answer all that we needed. Mike and his team of subs were all professional and highly skilled. Where we had questions, they answered in detail. Where we considered changes, they explained the pros and cons of any such change. The quality of the work done was very high, so much so that now, nearly three years later, we have not found any flaws or areas of questionable work.
