Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and efficient, she was very personable. We actually enjoyed our closing on refinance. She also worked to fix the sight problem between mortgage company and trust and drew up documents to fix the situation. I highly recommend her and the Title Company.

WFG National Title mishandled a time-sensitive insurance disbursement and repeatedly failed to follow through on their own stated actions. The homeowners insurance premium was mailed three days late after closing, which created an avoidable problem. Lori stated on 12/9 that if the check did not clear by the end of the week (12/12), a stop payment would be placed. That did not happen. On 12/15, Gina stated in writing that the check would be stopped and reissued to me directly. That also did not happen. No attempt to stop the check was made until 12/16, after it had already cleared, which Diane later confirmed. Because WFG failed to act by the deadlines they set themselves, I was forced to pay the insurance premium out of pocket to avoid risk to my coverage, and my funds are now tied up fo
