I moved into one the rental units on July 1st. I came to the property the day before and took pics of damages. I left that day to go on vacation. I returned on the 4th and started moving my stuff into the rental and noticed filth throughout the house (blood and feces on the toilet, etc.) even sent the property manager pics of the mess that was left behind; however, he insisted the place was professionally cleaned and that any additional cleaning will be at my own expense after paying $7,500 to move in. I am a paralegal and I know better but again I was in a rush and still had to get ready for my flight; just make sure you check there rentals thoroughly and don't rush thorough walk through.
