New to NF, and the experience has been excellent. The mgmt team, especially Dixita, went above and beyond to help with my specific needs and the timing challenges of relocation. Dixita provided exceptional service and accommodations. The apt is very spacious/clean and the residents/ maintenance team have been very kind and helpful.

We haven't even fully moved in yet and our experience with North Forest has already been very welcoming. Mainly because of Dixita. She gave us multiple tours of units we requested, gladly answered all our questions, us with her humor, and felt like she was a friend. She also did several kindnesses to get us the best deal. She is very easy going, knowledgeable, and pleasant. She is excellent at what she does and enjoys it too, which overflows onto others.

Dixita turned what’s usually a confusing move-in process into something genuinely easy. She was proactive, clear, and always a step ahead, which made a big difference. Nothing felt rushed or overlooked. It’s rare to feel truly supported during a move, and she delivered that from start to finish. Very grateful for her help.

Many frustrating experiences here. I look forward to moving somewhere else. It is not cheap, can find townhouse for around the same price in the area. When you move in, you will find they flip apartments quickly and slap white paint over everything, makes apartments look dirty. Called the office about mice and they did not care and said are you keeping your apartment clean? I deep clean my apartment thoroughly on a regular basis. Also, no assigned parking spaces and not enough parking for residents. Now with the recent snow I am stuck in my home because I am physically not able to shovel, and they had a plow come through and push snow into all the parking spaces. I called the office for a solution and was basically told oh well too bad. They do not care about their residents, only money an

It was pleasure working with Dixita she is very professional, warmth and deep knowledge of the property and leasing process. She is incredibly responsive, answering all the questions promptly and throughly. What impressed me most was their ability to listen and recommend the things as per the specific needs. Wheather it was scheduling tours or explaining lease terms or helping with paperwork. She made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.
