Westwood Plaza Apartments

Staff excellent, security on site, excellent, this complex has upgraded the standard of living; and is very selective of tenants. Next to bus transit center and easy access to fast food restaurants. Apartment complex is a work in progress, but apartments are nice and bills paid !!

Good apartments in a not so good area. Apartments are clean no bugs or rodents, management is professional and helped me when nobody else would . Definitely some sketchy people around but mostly people trying to make it. I give 5 stars because they're clean and affordable. Changed from 5 to 1 star. Management let my apartment flood with sewage water for 3 days before fixing it. Maintenance came in my apartment and destroyed my personal belongings, the manager told me to take it up with renters insurance. There are bedbugs and roaches and alot of flies I would not recommend anybody move here or even walk by here if you can avoid it.

Well were do I begin, I always read reviews on places and I give places the benefit of the doubt. However this place does stick to the bad reviews. I moved in Feb. of this year and from day one we have had nothing but problems. New owners have arrived as well as management and leasing agents have come and gone. Currently Sam and Vivian have been very helpful but the owner seems to only care about the money and not the tenants. I have leaks, lights flickering off and on, master restroom light that is out and has not been fixed. I have sent letters certified notifying them of the issues as well San Antonio complaint office. The owners still seem to think that California is the same as Texas. I don't cause problems my family and I keep to ourselves so I am not a problem tenant. So word of adv

I'm becoming very weary from all the reviews I've been seeing when it comes to not getting situated with moving in; investing in a unit that you just won't get. It's truly terrifying me. I'm made aware that the next available units are being cleaned and as soon as one was ready that it will be mine. This was three weeks ago and I've gone as far as to extend my current lease because I understand that these things take time. Though, it's been three weeks already, I'm at the end of my lease and homeless. I've previously asked so many times, and personally too, how long it'll take and I expected an honest response and highlighted how important it is for me to know this information so that I may properly extend my current lease.
