Westwood Parkway Estates

DO. NOT. RENT. HERE. Read the 2 pictures attached to this for the entire review. It is too long to post in one shot. (to add to this review, I will not say which company, but I went to another apartment to get a unit from after this, and the one running it said they worked FOR Corey and said they've seen this MANY times from Corey and that Corey is VERY hard to work for.) Corey will respond to this review very rudely, and most likely lie to make it seem like she's a good manager, or try to spin the review. As she does in EVERY. OTHER. Bad review. (Which are ALL TRUE reviews) (One of the reviews had a very similar experience to mine) Edit: To her response, the tenants were moved yes. Basically the same time we were moved to a new unit after ours flooded from the unit above (same people).

My experience was nothing but positive. I enjoyed the courtyard, trails across the street, staff was friendly, maintenance quick to respond to all my service requests, and the building was quiet. I enjoyed our time there and would recommend the property to those looking for an affordable and nice rental. Currently, they are upgrading entry ways, community rooms, and just completed the fitness room upgrade. Only reason we left was because we purchased a home. Thanks for everything!!

The management team was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which speaks volumes about the community vibe. I can see why so many people choose to call this place home! If you're looking for a stylish and convenient living space, I highly recommend checking out Westwood Parkway.

We lived at Westwood Parkway Estates for the past five years. Even though some of those years were difficult with Covid, we were so thankful for an affordable and safe place to live. The management and maintenance were approachable, and prompt in repairs, etc. They took our concerns seriously. The neighborhood is wonderful. We spent hours walking on the trails across the road, and we enjoyed the use of the party room and exercise room. We highly recommend this apartment complex. I think a five year stay speaks volumes.

Managmement staffers are willing to assist with enquiries especially if you a new tenant. However when you move in appliance breakdown issues are common . Had leaking issues with dishwasher for over 4 months even when replaced.maintenance may not always be willing to fix issues ontime.Very annoying noisy neighbors Leasing office staff gives attitudes if you make complaints or issues.
