Curt did a home inspection for us and we were very impressed with his attention to detail. As new homeowners we really appreciated his ability to explain in depth some of the work our new home would need and appreciated his guidance in managing the routine mantinence we could do to keep our house in tip top shape going forward. Curt really knew what he was talking about when it came to all areas of the home and was very friendly and easy to work with. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend his services to anyone.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Curt was so personable and great to have do the inspection! My husband and I cannot recommend him enough! He is worth every penny and then some. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The inspector was thorough, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, catching details I would have never noticed. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and provided a detailed report that gave me complete confidence in my home purchase. I wouldn’t recommend Curt I told him I wanted to be there during the inspection. And agreed. he showed up early for the inspection and was done when I got there, then I found out he already had a side job lined up with the owner of the house to fix some things. I wouldn’t trust him specially if he’s doing work on the side for homeowners. Here’s a picture of proof he did the inspection Highly Recommend using someone else.
