Me and my fiancé and our daughter moved here back in January and we lied to we were not told that there was roaches and rats here. The maintenance man sucks. We have been trying to get him to come out and fix our appliances and when he does, he only rigs it and then it happens the next two months later. We had to call the police on him to come out and fix our stuff. The exterminator to hear absolutely sucks. We don’t answer our door to him anymore because it doesn’t do anything we purchased our own products. Planning on moving very soon and I really don’t recommend this place to anybody this place should be shut down!!!’

The onsite super is professional and respectful. He is also bilingual, which is great for the Spanish speaking community that lives on the premises. The neighbors we have encountered are pleasant, and do teamwork helping each other out. The management has been resourceful, and professional as well. This is a great community to raise a child in. Law enforcement is also friendly, and watchful.

This is the WORST place ever !! Literally ! They charge $1500 for a one bedroom apt and the WHOLE BUILDING is infested with roaches . Roaches are in the apts , in the hallways , everywhere . As you walk down the hallways you see roach and mice traps OUTSIDE peoples apt doors , IN THE HALLWAY! People have to bombard the front of their door to keep the mice and roaches from crawling in . But yet they advertise as “upscale apts” . This is CLEARLY FALSE ADVERTISING!! They have 2 washers and 2 dryers for THREE apt buildings to share !! I don’t know which one it is yet but either the washer or the dryer CONSTANTLY puts holes in all the clothes . The dumpster in the middle of the parking lot is always overflowing with trash . This place is TRASH! This is the slum of New Jersey !

Very CHEAP you get what you pay for. Very old they hire anyone to be a maintenance man they never fix anything they just tell you they'll be back. I've been here 8 months and I've had a problem with everything! I have things that was never painted the apt is overall trash! My heat takes over 48hrs to warm my apt up and sometimes long. There's been a hot water problem every month since I moved in and every weekend since winter has started there's no on call number so you can't reach anyone on the weekend! It's not worth the money. They have a lil office for no reason because there's no on site help during the day/week. I wouldn't tell any of my friends/family to move here and I won't be here after my 1yr is up. I've seen people break there lease since I moved in for better place this was

Real Green Management that took over r real jerks. N they dont kno what they're doing. Lights r out all the time, things r broke n when u call the 24 hr service ur told to Not call after 5.
